Redesigning a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) initially developed by a single developer, who may not have prioritized design principles, presents a significant challenge. However, I’ve found immense satisfaction in this undertaking. My approach involves conducting user interviews to identify existing issues, researching appropriate design theories, establishing a comprehensive list of design requirements, crafting both low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, conducting user testing, and ultimately delivering an outstanding product. This journey has been both demanding and rewarding, as I strive to enhance usability and user experience for a broader audience of users in the future.
